I have a flat in an Apartment complex which has been built on LEASEHOLD land allotted by the Govt. of West Bengal. Annual lease rent is being paid for the land to the Govt. My question is:
a. Can I apply for MUTATION of the flat.
b. Since lease rent is being regularly paid, is PROPERTY TAX also applicable on such flats?
