Hi..
I want to make the changes in the name of my wife. The name before the marriage was priya tiwari i want to change it to "priya singh". What is the procedure for this.
Can the name be totally change.i mean like before marriage it was priya tiwari and can i change it to "Manreet kaur", totally changed.
After that will the authorities of CBSE board , PSEB board will make the changes on the certificates and re-issue them..or thay creat problem if i change the name completely.
