I am trying to buy a residential plot in in HUDA approved layout colony in hyderabad. Before entering into an agreement, I got access to the linked documents and I see that the boundaries mentioned in the sale deed tally with the HUDA layout diagram but EC shows incorrect plot numbers around the said plot.
Some more details:

Seller bought the plot in 1991 and registered it in Moosapet SRO Hyderabad. There have not been any transactions since then.
Rajendra Nagar municipality was formed in 1995 and the land is now under that.
When I obtained EC from Rajendra nagar municipality, it shows -NIL EC- because there haven been any transactions. However, the boundaries mentioned seems incorrect.
I haven't got the EC from the old SRO where the document was registered in 1991 and I don't know if its incorrect there as well. Here are my questions:
How can these be corrected? Can I buy the plot anyway and get it corrected later?
