Dear Sir,
My advocate is unwilling to give NOC. He told me that he will give NOC in presence of me not to any new advocate? I am afraid of now thet he may withdraw of my case without informing me as i demanded for NOC. I am not in a condition to travel for long distances. Please suggest me for any possible best solution. What are other solution for this? Can I appiont a new advocate and carry on my case? Can i change my Vakalatnama without NOC? In this situation can i inform the court about my new advocate and tell the court that he will continue my case from now?
