Dear Sir / Madam,
I am working in one of the IInd generation IIM (Indian Institute of Management) as a regular employee in a non-teaching cadre. I want to apply for a vacancy in any of the Centrally funded government organization such as IIT, IISC, IIIT etc. The vacancy published in any of the organizations stated requires No Objection Certificate from the current employer at the time of Written Test or Interview. Request you to kindly advise me for below query:
1) What is the rule if I appear for written exam without carrying NoC with me?
2) I do not wish to intimate my current organization. How can I join if I qualify written test as well as interview without availing NoC from my current organization. I am also ready to serve notice period.
3) Also, would like to know that under which rule, the organizations demands for references in their application form however, they demand for NoC from employer and also on joining, Police verification is conducted
