Hi All,
My neighbor(house behind our house), installed cell phone tower on top of his 2 storey house(his house is ground + 1). Our house is Ground + 3. The noise from the tower is horrible to bear as the sound is non-stop emerging from cooling fans. The layout is purely residential surrounded by many residential houses & nowhere near commercial area. All of the folks surrounding are really uncomfortable with this. Other than noise, heard it is too dangerous as radiation will result in serious health impact.
All folks together complaining to the owner who has this tower didn't help, he keeps arguing it is his house he can do whatever he wants.
Is installing a noisy cell phone tower in a pure residential area allowed? That too with on top of a small 2 floor house?
Is our complain valid?
How do we take it forward?
Should we issue a lawyer notice?
Can a house owner can do whatever he wants even though impacting neighbors seriously. Not sure whether he has taken permission from the authority to do this.
Please suggest what would be our next step to fight this out?
