i am Ajay from surat(gujarat), we are planning for a farmhouse open plot project in approx 130 vigha(approx 80 acre or 3,00,000 s.mt), But the land is in agricultural zone and now i am planning to convert it into non agricultural zone.
but some of my mates told me that u should have minimum 25ft road connrcting to ur project, So is it compulsory cumpolsry abt road. coz we have rough road conecting to land and we are planning to make it RCC road but of 15 ft.
and also 1 of my friend had told me that if u r building a large scal project (above 80 vigha) than there are many goverment bennifits that government help us in developing project . like road,light,water etc etc , i dont know , but is it true.
if it true than i would like to know what bennifits do governmennt gives.
