Non creamy layer

For OBC there is a list published in Website by the Government of India.  If you fall to that particular caste and if your income is less than 4.5 Lakhs and then you can claim benefits under OBC. 

sir i do fall in the list of obc issued by the central and the state government

my question is whether i fall in non creamy layer or not if my parents last year's income was more than the statutory income limit (i.e rs 4.5 lacs) but  this years annual gross income is only rs 4.1 lacs

whether i fall in non creamy layer or not ????

It depends on what income certificate you have.  If you have more than 4.5 L you are not eligible.  If it is less than 4.5 L you are eligible.
