We are a MSME firm who is supplyiing goods to an XYZ Ltd. Company. Now we have not received payment from the party for the past one year. We have been advised to approach MSME facilitaion council for redressal.
Can you advice how to go about this. Do we have to have a lawyer for doing the same. If yes then who are the lwayers in Mumbai who are experts in dealing with this type of cases. Also were is this facilitation council in Mumbai.
