Not appearance

i just want to know that if a person doesnot appear in the mediation cell then what will be charges imposed on that person?

1. Nothing, no adverse inference carried forward in court proceedings instead it says just that such and such mediation proceedings failed means party(s) is not agreeing for it that is all. .

It simply fails. But in my opinion if a person appears and observes the tone and manner of other party in such proceedings then this person can get insight into future strategies and way the whole case may take turn as just as ideas irrespective he/she can still say no to offers therein.
