i joined a company as a senior accountant on 15th of sep on a probation period of six months, i served my probation which ended on 15th march, after that i dod not receive any appointment order after my probation. there is no clause of notice period in the probation order. i resigned my position on 20th of march with 11 days notice, but the company wants me to serve 3 months notice period. am i bound to serve 3 months notice or can i leave after my 11 days notice period.
