One more question about civil procedures

A relative in a case for Letters of Administration has filed for Administration Pendente Lite. I do not object to such as the suit property needs immediate administration and so I do not want to file a Written Objection. However I do object to some words like "through collusion" etc as given in the petition.

1. So how can I let my objections to some statements  in the petition be known and some background information be given to Court without objecting  the general petition/application itself?

2. Is there any other way besides filing a regular Written Objection?

U need to give written application for objection that you have in petiton.

There is no other way.
