Out of 500 sqft. floor with 7 rooms the tenanted portion is 200 sqft. i.e. 2 rooms and extra 100sqft. area consisting two other rooms were possessed illegally by the tenant in the absence of the JDR. District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum passed an order directing police to hand over portion of JDR property illegally possessed by JDR's tenant to the DHR. But the police reported that the tenant possessed the portion with his goods and do not want to open the door of the rooms, so they cannot hand over the portion to the DHR. What should be done? Is it contempt of the Ld. Forum?
