Hi I am from Hyderabad, worked for a gold company around 6 + more months. i deposited Original certificate as a mandate to join. i left and company owes me 7400 inr and original certificate. when i ask for certificate they ask me to sign a no due certificate and deny payment of pending salary 7400 inr . i possess a evidence of attendance. now as per rules fight for salary only for 18000. i went o labour commission and sent 2 notices to employer and employer did not turned up and Labour commission advised me to file a suit. now suggest me what to do and i cannot spend much money .
