We have got orders for paper publication by Supreme court as few of the respondents in our civil case has not accepted the court notice.
Order : "Last opportunity is granted to the petitioner for filing affidavit with proof of publication in respect of respondent Nos.2, 4, 9, 15 and 16 within two weeks."
So our advocate has made affdavit specifying two news paper names where the publication costs lacs of rupees. While we checked there are many newspapers which costed less and we published. Now lawyer says we have taken permissions for those two papers only(which costs lacs)
Should we take permission from supremecourt about which paper we would do publication ?
