Parking issue with society

1. • Housing societies are allowed to frame their own parking rules. Typically, they follow a first-come, first-served basis for available parking spaces.
   • Residents seeking stilt parking must formally apply to the society secretary.

You cannot claim the second parking space to park your additional four wheeler as a right.

If the society bylaws state that you can park only the registered vehicle in the allotted parking space you cannot agitate that decision with the secretary.
