Partition

Family members who are co-owners of a property have decided to develop a property which they jointly own. After development of the property they have decided to allot their respective shares in the newly built property. My query is what kind of documebt should they  prepare to develop their shares. There is no dispute between them. Would a mere declaration suffice.

Let anyone file a partition suit with a minimum court fee, and after getting a number approach to District Legal Service Authority, get a compromise award duly signed by all co-sharers through them which can not be challenged later by anyone.

Gift deeds were executed in each name

You may execute a "Family Settlement" which may or may not be registered.
