Petitioner appearance in hc

In the matter of Writ Petition in HC, against the illegal proceedings of police without any area juridisction, Is it necessary for Petitioner to be present in HC.

If instead of me,My lawyer is present, Will it make any difference to the case?

Does this have any impact on the Judgement?

Hardly matters. Unless specifically called upon to do so by the court, personal presence is not mandatory.
