What are the rules for inheritance distribution when there is no will?

Hi Sir/ Madam,
My family is currently facing some issues regarding the inheritance of assets. My uncle recently passed away without leaving a will. In this case, how will the inheritance be distributed according to the law? Who will be entitled to the inheritance, and what is the order of priority? I would appreciate any advice or insights.

The legal heirs of your uncle  are

His mother,  his wife , son and daughter (married & unmarried both) .

The assets of your uncle devolve equal  share among these legal heirs .

Are the assets his own or ancestral?

The inheritance of each personal law is different to each other.

So you may revert with the details of the religion of the deceased for knowing the law of inheritance accordingly
