Greetings of the day!!
I had been working with a Govt Institution and left the job on June 2010 due to better prospects in other state.
I have withdrawn all my funds from PF & ESIC Accounts.
Now due to implementation of long pending 6-Central Pay Commission Pay Structure at the Institute, an arrear-payment is due.
I have a question whether PF on this arrear amount can directly be paid to me by the institute, or it has to be deposited first to PF & ESIC offices and then I will withdraw the same by submission Form 10-C and Form 19 through my ex-employer.
An early response on this query would help me to put my submission to ex-employer accordingly.
