Dear Experts,
Few of my queries...
1. If a company employs, piece rate workers on regular basis , do they fall under the am bit of Payment of Bonus act where company pays Bonus to them? Will they be deemed employees if there is no break in their job work?
2. What does the act say with respect to payment of Bonus to other staff and workers.....is it mandatory if co. is making profits.... is so whats the schedule for calculation of net profit etc....
3. Is increment mandatory for workers , other than min. wages declared by govt...
