Dear Experts,
I am planning to file a case against my ex employer for recovery of my performance bonus.
Can I file case in Noida (my home town), while employers registered office is in Mumbai & my place of work was Surat?.
In my appointment letter nothing is there w.r.t "place of jurisdiction".

well then you need to file case at surat as you have worked at surat and cause of action arise at place the incident happens

you have not disclosed the details of employr. if it si Govt you can file aat NOIDA.
