Pls sugest on 498 a

Hello Sir,

One case has been filed on 498 A , 494,323,34 by wife on multiple person including husband. This is false case .What proof is required to prove inocent in this case. This is totaly mis use of law. Please sugest what to do for bail and further ahead..
