Poa in favour of company and resolution-urgent

Dear All ,

We have transferred one windmill from one company to another our group company .Now for these transfer matter we had given Special POA in name of two persons .Now they two have resigned and again we have to make POA.Since again n again authorised person may resign n we have to follow this. is any way to do it one time ??Also suggest fin foll.queries.

QUERY :

1) pl.suggest can we make POA in name of body corporate and authorise two persons to represent this company ?

2) is it necessary to put specific name of the person authorised in the board resolution ??if we do not put any name -is it ok ??

3) pl.anyone can provide draft of such POA ?

4) is there any legal provision to support this.,pl.share under wch act ...

Yes you can give POA In name of corporate authorising two person who represent the company..

You have to put name ... POA without name is not genuine.... POA delegate once power to another person to act on his behalf.....

Yes I can draft the whole POA
