1.under what provision is former chief minister of karnataka yediyurappa avoiding arrest and interrogation in posco case for 3 months?
2. how is it that he is only being served notice to appear before IO instead of being arrested and interrogated?
3. is there any criteria under which the case was not handled by police but handed to CID?
