Can a person having a unregistered lease deed, now register it with the Registration Authorities by paying
the Stamp Duty, Registration Fees, etc., now? ie after the lapse of about 5 or 15 years after the lease became
operational and within the unexpired Lease period? The property is in the possession of the Lessee.
