I have a query regd Cancel of power. I am looking into a property and in this property father has given power to son for selling (My question is, is it necessary to give power to son ?). Looks like later it was cancelled (Is their any court order needed in this case ?), their was a query to get court order on the same from my advocate any reason for this ?. Please let me know the same, I never thought if you want to cancel the power you would have a corresponding court order. Any help on the same would be valuable.
