Problem Of Company Notice period

Hello,
I am a employee of a (Small) software company,
I have been selected by a MNC but they want me to join
in next week but in my current company having 30 days of notice period, my resignation latter is accepted but they will not relieve me before 30 days.
I don't want to miss this opporchunity.

At last i am thinking to do this-
I will join new company on the date which i have been given, I'll work there for 4 days

( Monday - Friday)  in a week I will apply for medical leave and return back to previous company for 1-2 days ... and then again go to new one and apply for medical there also
in previous company .... when 30 days will complete then I can get my relieving latter ....
Is it ok to do that .... what kind of problem I can be faced by doing this ?
please suggest me .

Thanks ...

the way u hav decided to resolve ur problem is not right better u talk 2 ur employer or take sum middle path u wana join new co. @ any cost so ask ur boss that he relieve's u and dont take the salary of ur notice period might be ur tis offer will excepted by ur employer & they relieve u this is my personal opinion not legal.

The decision to be taken by you is not correct. You may offer one month salary to your existi ng employer by way of notice period salary or alternatively request your new employer to give some time to join as you have some work to be completed with your old employer which you only can do as the same was handled by you. I think convincing either employer would be better rather than taking such illegal steps which may land you in trouble for being employed at two places.

I agree with the other friends that the choice  you have made may not work properly. If you are entitled to leave at one month's notice or notice period pay pay the same and send in your decision to take up a new job.

If you find that there is a pending job which you can only complete it would be better to talk to the new employer who would appreciate your sincereity and may allow you some more time. If the new company does not insist on any relieving letter from the previous employer you may send in your resignation by regd. post and join the new company. The notice period pay if to be paid as per appointment letter that also can be paid
