Procedure to revoke a gpa

Hi

I gave GPA (as my representative) to my friend for registration of the the residential plot on my name as I was out of station at the time of registration.

The sale deed mentioned that he represented me for the sale. I lost the GPA and don't have a copy. Now and want to revoke the GPA.

There is no dispute whatsoever and my friend is willing to sign on revoke GPA.

What is the procedure for revocation of GPA and any one suggest a format?

The plot is in Bangalore.

Thanks

hi

GPA can be revoked by giving notice to the parties concerned and also to the parties who bought your property by your friend as GPA]

and if you need you can give a paper publication and then submit a revocation drafted deed and submit with concerned sub registrar office if the GPA is registered

in ur case even ur friend is ready than no problem but procedure has to folowed
