Hi Can Anyone Help me in my Matter . i am a fisherman and living on port trust land in Bandra.. i have purchased this from other party in 2005 the rent records are old back in 1990 , we use to pay land rent to a port trust ..now they have stopped taking the rent for the past 6 years ...can i go and pay my Assessment Tax to BMC as i want this done urgently...how to optain the same to get the BMC Assessment done towards my property! thanks
