NBW issued ....not executed... proclamation order issued .... accused not appear
in this position u/s 83 Cr.P.C petition filed for property attachement..
My question ... How can the Accused bank account freezing ? what is the procedure ?

It would be better to try the registration of a criminal case against accussed through the court u/s 174 -A I.P.C.[ new section for dealing such type of problems]
