I am in receipt of salary in two ways One is Advance Wages which is paid on monthly basis the Second is Balance of Wages after completion of contract period. The prosecution has submitted the details of Balance of Wages only as my net income. I have already collected the information through RTI from the Deparrtment signed by the same officer who given the details of Blance of Wages. Kindly advice me how to challenge this incomplete and misleading document before framing of charges against me.
