Property registration in mother and son name

Hi Mr/Ms Lawyer,

My mother has a plot in her name (own property which she earned), she wants it to be shared with her son.

Can she get it registered in both (Mother and Brother) names, so that my brother can apply for loan for constructing.

Please let me know how can she share the property with her kids.
