Property rights of legitimate second wife's son

Property rights of legitimate second wife son. Hindu by religion: delhi
Hi, my father's first wife died and he remarried my mother.

Now my father inherited proporty from my grandfather. But he made settlement with first wife's son and paid him lumpsum with respect to his rights in the discussed property. A proper aggrement was signed between my father and first wife's son. My father had registered a will and also given a notice in newspaper about having no relations with first wife son.

My question is:Can first wife's son still claim share in my father's property?
although he had received payment with respect to his share in property long back without the propert being actually sold, out of savings of my father.

If we sell this ancesteral house can first wife's son still claim share in our new house?

Can he challenge/stop selling of old house ?

what is the best solution.

Best regards:
NS
