Dear sir,
I am holding one residential flat in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). I want to give the said flat purely and strictly on Leave and License basis for temporary period of 11 months. While drafting this License Agreement some questions arise in my mind.
So far my reading and knowledge is concerned there is no any provision in Gujarat Rent Control Act which governs Leave and License Agreement. In my opinion GRC Act doesn’t speak on L.L. Agreement. Then how does govern the L.L. Agreement in Gujarat State? Is Maharashtra Rent Control Act applicable in Gujarat especially for L.L. Agreement which protects Licensor’s interest by section 24 ? In any case of litigation of L.L. Agreement which act shall be considered in Gujarat?
Respected sir, you are requested to give proper answers of the above mentioned questions to save my whole life hard earned money which is invested in the said flat.
