Prpoerty Transfer Issue

We are two brother and a sister. My mother is owning a flat in her name, which was transfered to her based on father's WILL.

Flat was self accquired property by father.

Can she transfer that property to my name through gift deed without consent of my bro and sis.

Then can I sell the property to anybody I want? Is there any legal objection possible from bro & sis?

I think ur query was replied yesterday only. Anyways, the property has devolved upon ur mother through will of ur father and thereby it has become her absolute property. Nobody else has any right or interest in the property. She can dispose off it in the manner she likes. However, ur bro or sis can challenge the will claiming it to have been obtained by fraud or undue influence or force.
