My father is from an agricultural family and has inherited an agricultural land.
I want to buy an agricultural land in Bannerghatta, Bangalore but my salary is greater than 2lac per annum and I do not have Indian farmer certificate.
How can I purchase this land?

I am interested to purchase about 10 acres of agicultural land for putting up goat farming at Karnataka in the area of either gauribidnur/madugiri/uradgiri. I am not an agriculturist though I had about 1.3acres of agricutural land adjacent to Kolkata (near Rajarhat) which has been taken over by Govt Of WB for development of Township for which I was marginally compensated.
Is 7/12 extract is prevellant in Karnataka or in the areas mentioned as above. What are the documents required to purchase the land in my /family name.
