Greetings.
I am planning to buy an agricultural property in Karnataka.
My Queries are -
1. My ancestors are not into agriculture and in this case, can I buy the agricultural property for agricultural purpose?
2. My wife is a housewife and her grand father(her mother's father) is a farmer and can I buy the property jointly with her?
Please suggest me the next step to proceed further.
