Quashed FIR

An FIR was registered on a person under 498A which has been quashed by high court after compromise between the parties. Can some other person use that quashed FIR against that person in some other case. Pls reply.

Once that FIR is quashed then there is no case at all.

If there is no case at all against the accused, then how can some one use that FIR to trouble that accused again.

No case can be taken up on a non existent FIR
