Quashing - False case filed under 354 and 427

Sir/Madam, SI and oppisite people in land issue filed false cases and FIR against me. They mentioned some witnesses in FIR and those people are saying that including their names in FIR as witnesses is totally wrong. They added more section 427,447,354,IPC 93 etc on me. How do I have to quash(FIR/charge sheet) the case against me. Plz help me. Thanks, engineer

For getting the FIR registered against getting quashed you need to file an application before High Court for which more details are needed and we need to go through the FIR copy. Also since some of the sections under which you are charged are of Cognizable and Non-bailable in nature you must approach Sessions Court for grant of Anticipatory Bail in case you are not arrested as yet.
