With reference to my earlier post just few minutes back, I wanted the experts to help me improve the draft (content and effectiveness wise) as I have prepared it for quashing of the Domestic Violence complaint in the HC thro' party in person. I am attaching the file herewith. Please help me improve the same as I am doing it on my own.
Please suggest every possible course of action. Please also suggest whether the course of action to make a writ for quashing is appropriate.
1. Surprise, I already replied to your previous que, and now seeing here that you have the draft of writ already prepared ! Wow.. it is a good draft as far as I understand the Writ que. you are pryaing HC intervention upon.
2. Side by side take on Mah. Police on B report based on fraud committed by wife clubbed with Mah. Police Circular on investigation procedure on S. 498a IPC which I already posted in the forum some days back.
You have a very strong case and you will succed.
