2) I read in LCI only if wife cant prove her allegations she is not entitled for Maintanence is it true?

3) Does RCR shows effect if husband says he is ready to join her back after crpc 125 awarded maintainance?

1) Yes she have filled Crpc 125 for claiming huge maintainance which is not even my salary :P

2) All allegations wrong as usual she claimed DV Act & treating her abd by me, my parents & my sis

Torutre for  taking property portion from her parents, I drink & hit her late night I come & torture her including my princess

All nonsense wrong allegations

3) Her education background is BSC graduation & done some Computer course recently she gave bank exam for which I have proofs. Her family backgruond is good till her grand parents but her parents background is too bad. her parents started their criminal way by torturing her Grandparents & uncles. for same few cases were running. Her parents are against joint family concept. Funny thing is we were not at all aware before marriage. After marriage also almost 3 year my wife hided it & from us by nice drama's.

4) My education background is BE. Family background is good no problems from my family as all are Post graduation educated & scare for Family respect in society. We do support Joint family concept & we live in joint family.
