My friend Rahul is married since 3 years. He and his wife Swetha both are well qualified and working in USA. Rahul is unhappy with Swetha's nature and cruel behaviour. She has gone under an abortion almost 3 times without intimating Rahul, but somehow Rahul is able to find all her details.
Rahul has already fille for divorce but he has the following concerns -
1. Will shweta has any right on the properties held by Rahul ?
2. Can shweta file any (fake) criminal case against rahul - may be she can claim that rahul heats him, or rahul or his family insults her in public, or mental torture etc ??
