Does your Trust Deed contain provision for rectification, if so, then what is the mode enumerated? Further, it is required to be known that what sort of modification is required. It is also to required to know about the nature and objective of the Trust to answer your query. In general Trust Deed can be rectified by virtue of Rectification/Supplementary Deed.
