Our Socirty is undergoing redevelopment there are total 44 members in our society, We have already done all the needfull formality of getting a builder and quotation.
I just wanted to know off the totall 44 members 43 are okay with the redevelopment plan as proposed by the builder but only one person is objecting the same.
would an objection of 1 member not allow the redevelopment work to proceed further or if majority members are okay with the proposal can the redevelopment be done.
