Hello, Greetings of the day!

You can complaint at the customer care number of the bank to get an appropriate redressal if than also you face the same issue then react to higher authority like write to head office or bank ombudsman. Also, you can raise your concern on the Digital complaint management system  (CMS) Portal: https://cms.rbi.org.in/cms/IndexPage.aspx.
