Sir,
I have filed a divorce case in 2005 which is still running on and pending for finalization and paying maintenance since 2014 to my spouse.
She lives in my self earned property since the case is filed and I have been living on rent till the date I filed divorce. I have few doubts so I need your suggestions.
(1) If in this duration of separation, if my spouse takes any personal loan in form of cash or anything from anyone beyond my knowledge, will I be responsible to pay if someone claims.
(2) How can I take my home back from her custody during the proceeding of case or post getting divorce decree.
(3) My kids are adults and above 18+ they also do not want to keep any relation with her in the future course of action. Can she claim any legal rights on them and what my kids can do to make a legal separation from her. They do not wish to be in her touch legally or personally and liable to any action of her. I want to provide this protection.
