Many time we execute some Affidavit for Change of Name from Notary Public. But it is observe that Notary Public is not affixing High Court Notarial Ticket on NJS. My question-is it mandatory to affix Highcourt Notarial Ticket in NJS. Is there any specific circular in this regard.
