Until you get any written communication from your boss or the HR department, you may continue to work and start submitting your daily output to your boss with a copy to the next higher authority as well as to the HR department. If you don't show any output, you are likely to be treated as absent without permission in a clandestine manner. So, don't take any risk. If your boss asks why you are doing any work, just ask him to give in writing to stop working. In the meanwhile, don't forget to remind the HR department to communicate the decision on your resignation.
