I have booked one 2BHK flat at Wagholi, it is a pre launch project. next week we are going for the registered aggrement for the flat where builder is mentioning that he will give me the passasion in next 24 months. is my decission is good to invest in the property or i should take more precaution. what points should i consider before signing Registered aggrement with builder in pre launch offer & what are the losses.
